Reconstitute with 1 ml of diluent per 1 mg of Remifentanil (concentration: 1 mg/ml)

Administer over 30 – 60 sec Continuous

IV infusion

0.05 – 0.1 mcg/kg/min before anaesthetic is given; after anesthetic is given, titrate rate to 0.025 to 0.05 mcg/kg/min; then adjust rate by 0.025 mcg/kg/min every 5 min when needed
